The place is wonderful and has stunning location outside of the town center. Stylish rooms complete with shower, great facilities, for instance, incredible and very courteous staff.

The room was brand-new and reasonably priced, had separate bathroom. The location turned out to be quiet and magnificent, next to night markets, 1 or 2 good local restaurants, and Thailand and Cambodia. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met what was needed.

When my room wasn't cooling down, Long immediately moved me to a new room that was equally gorgeous and cool. He even gave me his personal number for any assistance I needed. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, from the restaurant staff to the guys at the pool. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the location was perfect. The spa was excellent, although the hair dryer could use an upgrade. The personal touch and attention to detail made me feel like I had my own concierge. We booked a couple of tours, but the guide did not speak fluent English and lacked depth in their content. we found that some of the staff were not as attentive as they could have been, which was a bit inconvenient.
